A huge Thank You to the Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland for funding enabling us to run an Essentials of Paediatric First Aid Training

Home-Start Omagh District were delighted to be awarded funding from the Halifax Foundation for Northern Ireland. Part of this funding was used towards additional training for our volunteers. On 5th October 2023 we held an Essentials of Paediatric First Aid with Tammy and Colin from Health Matters NI, held in the confrence room of Omagh Fire Station. Due to additional spaces being available we were able to extend this vital training to parents of young children in the community and workers in supporting organisations.
