Thanks to part funding from Fermanagh & Omagh District Council, Home-Start Omagh embarked on a strategic review of our services. The results of our survey of families, referrers and volunteers were discussed at a Strategy Day on 28th February 2023 attended by our trustees and facilitated by Jayne Murray from JMPR Consulting. The resulting Five-Year Strategic Plan will be used to grow and expand our services over the next five years.
